John - Printshop Operative

Meet John aka Shoner, who has been a Print Shop Assistant here at Rugbi for over 5 years.

Shoner mainly completes all of our heat-sealed products in our in-house print shop. He picks the required garments from our warehouse and then heat-seals the prepared logos onto the garments.

He is very particular and ensures all garments are completed to the highest quality before they are sent off.

Shoner organises and stock checks all of our customer transfers keeping them in a filing system ensuring that their branding guidelines are up to date with their requirements.

If Shoner could give any advice it would be to get on with it and mind your business!

A fun fact about Shoner is that he never stops working. When he isn’t in work, he is at car boot sales… there’s an ongoing joke that Shoner has more stock than Rugbi!!
