Lawrence Germon - Sales Manager

Meet Lawrence, one of our Sales Managers at Rugbi, who has been with us for over 18 years!

His job consists of working closely with our internal sales and purchasing departments as well as our in-house printshop team and warehouse teams, to ensure our customers get what they want, when they want and where they want.

On a day-to-day basis, Lawrence communicates with our customers via calls and face-to-face meetings to create and maintain good working relationships. He also works very closely with our suppliers to ensure we are aware of any new and innovate products are available

Lawrence is extremely passionate and vocal about ensuring our customers get the correct service…

The best advice Lawrence has received is to ‘never wear white socks’

A fun fact about Lawrence is that he is a quizmaster and is famous for compiling quizzes.
He is the font of all knowledge, and he never ceases to amaze us. We all turn to him for advice on products and standards etc – he is an Encyclopedia….
